1-1 sessions
Booking
Consultations can be booked via my online booking platform Clinicsense.
Payments
First time booking with me, you will be asked to pay for your appointment up front to secure your booking. Payments are made through my external booking platform Clinicsense.
Subsequent appointments can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Card transactions are also available for a small fee in addition to the treatment session.
Cancellation policy
24 hours cancellation notice is required for cancelling an appointment, and this can be done via the link in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancelling rather than rescheduling within 24 hours, will result in full charge of the appointment.
Yoga & Stretching Classes
Booking & Payments
By completing a class booking in my online shop (on this website) you are indicating you will attend the relevant class.
To book a place at one of my class you must book and pay online in advance, with a credit or debit card (STRIPE payment provider). This payment keeps your place for you and is non-refundable.
Places in classes are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
The duration and location of the class will be specified in the service description for that class.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be given a class credit for future use if notice of 24hrs and more is given (please contact me via email hello@seanelder.co.uk). On the day cancellations or no shows are non refundable.
Liability
You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. You will continue to breathe smoothly. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.
By signing up, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.
If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or post-surgical, your signature verifies that you have your Doctor’s approval to participate.
You also affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at your own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Sean Elder Therapies or Sean Elder based on your participation in the yoga classes.
Change of terms & conditions
Sean Elder Therapies may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes I have made, as they are binding on you.
I may update this website from time to time, and may change the content at any time.
However, please note that any of the content on this website may be out of date at any given time, and I am under no obligation to update it.
